Having pioneered three businesses in the Las Vegas area over a fifteen year period, he has tasted both the bitter and the sweet of the world's socio-economic system. The Lord miraculously guided George through the difficult economic era of the early 1980's to the expansion and sale of his business holdings so that he could respond to the call of God to devote full-time to reaching the lost and equipping the Body of Christ.

George served as a teaching Elder at Centerama Christian Center under Pastor Bill Sharp and also served several years as his  Associate Pastor at Abundant Life Christian Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. George and his wife Sharon then founded Wellspring Ministries - Churches & Missions, Inc. in 1984. This ministry includes Wellspring Church of All Nations (1987), Wellspring Bible Institute (1989), Wellspring Biblical Counseling Center (1995) and the Wellspring Cell Church Network (2004).

He has been an active member of the Full Gospel Fellowship of Churches & Ministers International since 1984, and now serves on the International Board for the Southwest Region. He also serves on the Missions and Hispanic Committees.

Dr. Stover has been the featured speaker at various churches, Full Gospel Businessmen's chapter meetings as well as at many pastor's and leader's training conferences and evangelistic crusades. His heart for missions is evidenced by his frequent overseas power evangelism crusades and church leader's conferences.

He has an earned Doctor of Ministry degree from Logos Bible College and Seminary in Jacksonville, Florida and an earned Doctor of Theology degree from Southern Bible Institute and Seminary in Augusta, Georgia (Southern Baptist Convention).

The rich, sweet, anointing of God is always present to "Preach good tidings to the meek; to bind up the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound . . . to comfort all who mourn.”

Pastor Sharon (as she is lovingly called) is the former Director of the Las Vegas Crisis Center and is a Registered Nurse with extensive Psychiatric and Social Service back ground. She is Co-Pastor of Wellspring Church of All Nations in Las Vegas, Nevada with her husband George, and is the Director of the Wellspring Counseling department and the Wellspring Bible Institute's graduate degree program.

Sharon compliments this ministry with anointed preaching and teaching. Word of Wisdom and Word of Knowledge are often manifest in her meetings and many have been delivered and healed of deep emotional wounds by the out-working of the Holy Spirit.

Dr. Sharon holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from Logos Bible College and Seminary in Jacksonville, Florida and an earned Doctor of Theology, and Doctor of Philosophy degree from Southern Bible Institute and Seminary in Augusta, Georgia (Southern Baptist Convention).

She moves in a powerful prophetic and dynamic teaching anointing. Her keen perception and supernatural insight allows her great understanding in the things of God.

Associate Pastor Louis (Lou) A. Grillo is a man filled with the love of God and a heart to serve the pastors and members of Wellspring Church of All Nations. He is a graduate of Shiloh Training Institute, Hamilton, Montana and has earned his Master of Theological Studies degree from Logos Bible College in Jacksonville, Florida. He is presently working on his Doctorate.

Although Pastor Lou is currently teaching at Canyon Springs High School, he also serves as Dean of Education of Wellspring Bible Institute in Las Vegas. The Bible Institute has campus' in Henderson, Nevada, Hayward, California and two in Warri, Nigeria. The school is affiliated with Logos Bible College in Jacksonville, FL and Southern Bible Institute and Seminary in Augusta, GA. WBI is also a certified ACSI training center.

He has a great heart for the lost and travels the world proclaiming the glorious liberty found in Christ Jesus.
